Simple Spring Salad

This is my go salad every spring!



As simple as this salad is, it's always a go to of mine because it is full of flavor and keeps me full for a long time. Not to mention, I love the plate full of colors!


Ingredients


  • 2 cups spring mix lettuce

  • 1oz feta cheese

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 1-2 strawberries (sliced)

  • 1 tbsp pepita seeds

  • 6 cucumber slices

  • 3oz baked or grilled chicken


Directions


Step 1

Assemble your salad in the order of the ingredients. Top with the dressing of your liking. I used a garlic vinaigrette on mine!
