Winter Carrot Salad 😋
If you missed it, we did our first Facebook Live yesterday afternoon showing you how to make this recipe! My 3 year old and I really enjoyed it, and the result was so much better than I expected. My plan for this was to simply top my chicken with it, put it on top of a salad or have as an extra side. I could have eaten the entire jar. Seriously. You won't regret making this and topping your meals off with it for a few days. I promise.
Ingredients
2 carrots (shredded)
2 apples (peeled and grated)
1/3 cup golden raisins
3-4 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
