About the Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup watermelon (cut into 3"x3" squares)
1oz feta (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup fresh arugula
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1-2 fresh basil leaves
salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Arrange the arugula at the bottom of your bowl. Layer the watermelon and feta into a stack. Drizzle with the olive oil, top with the basil, salt pepper and red pepper flakes.
