To Go "Fried Eggs"

A perfect grab and go breakfast


This is just another alternative to eating boiled eggs all of the time. I love having boiled eggs and the convenience of them; however, I do enjoy having warm eggs in the morning as well. This is so simple, and you can pair it with a piece of fruit or a slice of cheese (or both). Breakfast made ahead of time and making it easy for you to choose a better option in the morning.


Ingredients


  • 6 eggs

  • cooking spray


Directions


Step 1

Crack all 6 eggs in a small lasagna dish sprayed with cooking spray.


Step 2

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until done to your liking.


Step 3

Cut out each egg into the shape of a square. Store the eggs in tin foil and in the fridge. You can easily reheat the eggs in the tin foil in the oven (broil for roughly 5 minutes), or you can take out each egg, place on a microwave safe plate and reheat in the microwave for 30-45 seconds.


Serves 3 (2 eggs per serving)
