An easy way to sneak in some nutritious food for the kids!
You can't go wrong with this combination, honestly. I freeze any of our bananas that are about to go bad. I just peel them, cut them in half, stick them in a Ziploc bag, and freeze them. That way, they don't go to waste, and they add the perfect amount of sweetness and creaminess to my smoothies!

Anytime I have leftover smoothie, I either put it in these reusable pouches or in these silicone popsicle molds (the ones linked aren't the ones from the video, but they are close). I know that not everyone is comfortable with giving their kids protein powder, but I see no problem with it, especially in such a small amount. If you choose to drink this entire recipe, that is also acceptable. No need to save any leftovers. If you want to drink the whole thing, go for it!
