Summer Tuna Salad

Add some crunch to your tuna salad!

The good thing about this recipe is that it can be changed up easily. I intended for this to be a party dip, which it still can be. However, I ended up eating the entire bowl by myself! It would still taste great on top of a salad, on a sandwich or in a wrap. I'm actually pretty eager to try combining this recipe with my last tuna salad recipe. I think that would be the best tuna dip for a party, honestly!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna in water (drained)

  • 1 medium tomato (diced)

  • 1/2 medium cucumber (peeled and diced)

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • salt & pepper to taste (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and stir until well combined. Serve cold with either tortilla chips, scooped on top of a salad, on top a a slice of toast or in a wrap!
