Perfect for everyone this summer!
This was such a refreshing mix of flavors. The kids enjoyed it, and I did too. We had this as a side dish with burgers and used some as a dessert another night. The little bit that was left over was put into a glass of white wine for me! My kids really love grapes, so I added about a cup of red grapes (halved) to the mix before serving this. Feel free to do the same but know that the nutrition facts don't include the grapes in it.
Ingredients
1 mango (peeled and cubed)
juice from 1 orange
1 kiwi (peeled and diced)
1 pineapple (cubed)
small handful fresh mint (chopped)
Directions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and chill until ready to serve.
