Spinach & Mushroom Quiche

Make this for brunch!

I don't have an exact recipe for my crust, but I always start with 1 cup of flour and a few tablespoons of water. In the mixer, I add little bits of water while I add 1/2 of a stick of unsalted butter (in small chunks). There isn't an exact amount of water or flour because I always end up adjusting until it becomes a good texture (no longer sticky). I let it chill for about 15 minutes and then I roll it out for the the pie dish. You can use a store bought crust if you don't want to make your own crust.


Ingredients

  • store bought crust or try to make your own!

  • 6 eggs

  • 2 tbsp cream

  • 1-2 cups spinach (chopped)

  • 1/2-3/4 cup shredded cheese

  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)

Directions

  1. Make crust or use a store bought crust to line a pie dish.

  2. Mix all ingredients together and fill the pie.

  3. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes.
