Ingredients
2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
1 slice of bacon (crumbled)
10 small-medium shrimp
1 campari tomato (diced)
1 mini avocado (cubed or sliced)
1 boiled egg (quartered)
1/4 cup feta cheese
green onion to taste (chopped)
Directions
Cook the shrimp to your liking and assemble the salad. I used a house vinaigrette dressing, but you can use whatever you like. This is enough for one serving. Simply double or triple for more servings for the family!
