Pumpkin Pie Cups

Updated: Nov 14, 2023

So simple and so tasty!

This was so easy to put together with the kids. They (Everett) had so much fun helping me mix up the pudding and adding the pumpkin puree. You can watch us make these in our Facebook Live video at the end of this post. It's not always easy cooking with kids, and it's almost always more messy. However, it really is so sweet to witness them learning new things and getting excited to do something for the first time. Get in the kitchen with your kids and make these this holiday season.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Mix

  • 2 cups of milk (I used 2% milk)

  • 1/2 can of pumpkin puree

  • pumpkin pie spice to taste

  • 6 Keebler mini graham cracker pie crusts

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the vanilla pudding by blending the mix with the milk in a mixer.

Step 2

Add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice to the pudding and mix until well combined.

Step 3

Evenly pour the pudding into all six mini pie crusts and serve! You can also let these chill in the fridge before serving.
