New Year's Smoothie

Simply delicious!


I made this with my kids, and we all split the entire batch. It's an awesome blend of flavors and has 15g of protein without even adding protein powder to it. You could easily add protein powder to this in order to make it even more filling. That is up to you!


Ingredients


  • 1 cup frozen cherry berry blend

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 3/4 cup 2% fat milk

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter


Directions


Step 1

Blend all ingredients together until well combined. You can save half of the mixture in the fridge for your breakfast the next day or split the entire mix up into 4 smaller servings as a snack. It's up to you. Just know that the nutrition facts are for two servings.
