Power through the midday crash!
Sneaking greens into a smoothie can be difficult, but I think this blend is kind of perfect. It's just the right amount. It's not too green or overpowering in taste, and the texture is smooth, which is essential for me. I can't stand finding strings of spinach in my smoothie. Using a smaller amount seems to be the trick!
Ingredients
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup spinach
Preparation
Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
