Fall is around the corner!
If you're like me, August 1st means it's free game to talk about fall activities. So, it's no surprise that I'm beginning to experiment with some fall ingredients. I decided to add apples to the salad as a little nod to the upcoming fall flavors. Yum! I used the Aldi Raspberry Vinaigrette, but you can certainly lessen the calories by using a lighter option.
Ingredients
2 cups Italian blend lettuce
1oz prosciutto
1oz goat cheese
1oz (14 halves) walnuts
1/2 medium granny smith apple (sliced)
2 tbsp raspberry vinaigrette
Assemble salad in the order of ingredients and enjoy!
