Simple and festive!
In case you are in charge of the cranberry sauce this year, here is an easy way to cook it. I like the tartness of cranberries, so this isn't super sweet. However, it goes beautifully with everything. More recipes are coming soon for the leftovers; don't you worry!
Ingredients
12oz bag of fresh cranberries
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
Directions
Bring the cranberries and water to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer and add the lemon juice and sugar.
Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Continue to cook until the cranberries are to your liking. I stop relatively soon because I like mine chunky.
