Banana Cream Smoothie

Perfectly filling and packed with protein!


If you are in need of a filling smoothie to hold you over midday, this is for you. Even better, if you are a banana fan, you will love this. Think: banana pudding meets creamy protein shake. You could easily whip this up for breakfast, make ahead for the next day's lunch or make as a midday snack. That's the beauty of good protein shakes. They are always so simple to add anywhere in your meal plan.


Banana Cream Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 mini avocado

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein (I used Opportuniteas)

  • Ice

Directions

  1. Blend together and enjoy a frozen treat!
