Make this at the next party!
These are so delicious and simple to make. I made these as a midday snack, but you could easily bring the ingredients to make at a get together. You can always make this ahead, but be sure to dip your apple slices in lemon water to prevent browning.
Ingredients
1 granny smith apple
4oz honey goat cheese (or plain)
1/4 cup pecan halves
2 tbsp honey (optional)
Directions
Slice the apple
Spread the goat cheese evenly on all of the apple slices
Top with pecans and press into the goat cheese to make sure they stick
Optional: drizzle extra honey on top
Makes 4 servings
