This program is designed for weeks 27-39 of pregnancy. You can start this program any time within those weeks. There are 4 weeks worth of workouts in this program. First, you must provide proof that your physician gives you clearance to exercise while pregnant. Generally, if you have been active before pregnancy, you can continue to do the same activities (with modifications when necessary). This third trimester program is set to go at your own pace with strength/cardio workouts and flexibility/yoga workouts every week. *There will be optional advanced moves for the more experienced athlete as well.
