"I just don't have time" is the biggest excuse for everyone when it comes to their fitness. If this is you, this program is for you! All I'm asking for is 2 days out of your week to dedicate 30 minutes to a workout. It is all planned out for you with me guiding you through the moves and giving modifications along the way. This workout plan is designed to be with heavier weights. If you don't have heavy weights, use what you have and increase your repetitions a bit (I remind you during the workouts as well). You will need dumbbells. If you have a barbell and/or kettlebell, you can use it as well, but it isn't required.
