About

Take this 5 week program at your own pace and choose which workout you'd like to do each day. The workouts range from an 8 minute mobility workout to a 50 minute full body sweat. Week 1 is only 3 workouts. The rest is 4 workouts per week. You will need weights. Ideally, dumbbells and a kettlebell. Sometimes a barbell can be used, but it isn't required. You will need a mat for floor exercises as well. This isn't your typical stretching with yoga poses. This is mobility work with and without weights. Mobility work increases your range of motion within a joint in order to help prevent injury. The strength training is METCON based, and it is full body every day. There is some sneaky cardio in the workouts due to the fast pace and full body moves. Don't let that scare you. You've got this!
