This 6 week program is designed for women who are 6-12 weeks postpartum. Participants must have clearance from doctor prior to starting program. If at any time, you do not feel up to what is planned, simply move on to the next step. This isn't meant to be a stressful program. This is meant to teach you how to build your core back from having your baby. There are some strength workouts and mobility/yoga routines included. Do what you can and what feels good to your body. The most important part of this program is that you get your body moving, and you're taking time for yourself. Because it isn't selfish to have "you time" even with a newborn. You can do this, mama!
