Just a mom of three making Food and Fitness Fun
As an AFAA certified Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor and NASM certified Nutrition Coach with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, I have the background knowledge to get you where you want to go in your fitness and nutrition journey. Now, as a mother of three, I know how to help you find the time for your health and wellness. Join me to find out how!

What is food, fitness, & family?
I provide professional, certified fitness and nutrition programs designed to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals. I try my best to incorporate your family and little ones as much as possible because it is so important to have a good support system. Plus, it's never too early (or too late) to start forming healthy habits in the home! Check out my offerings and choose one suitable to your ambitions and lifestyle.

Personal workout plans designed around your equipment and fitness goals (paired with weekly check-ins with Lana).
Monthly fitness challenges also available for general health. This is for those needing a little boost in fitness creativity!

Personal meal guides for your goals with your family and budget in mind (paired with weekly check ins with Lana).
Generic meal guides available for purchase with grocery lists and two week meal plans included.

FAMILY Every year, I set aside a few dates for some of my Whole Health Members (and nonmembers) to get together and simply enjoy each other's company. As moms, it can be difficult to make time for ourselves. I try to take care of that for you a few times out of the year! Past socials: board & brush, sip & paint, sip & craft, HIIT & tacos, an escape room, and more!
